Ilya has 18 years of successfully building high quality systems and products for the finance and engineering industry. Recognised for strong market expertise, delivering results, building long-term relationships with clients and partners, and outstanding business ethics. Ilya is the Investment Director of Oxygen Ventures, focusing on sourcing, screening and investing in opportunities.
An eclectic range of influences form the forces behind Ian's assured results as our Head of Quality. His background in Social Sciences, Law, IT and Management all contribute to a distinct affinity for detail, the perfect complement to his role leading analysis, test design, defect isolation and exploratory testing. A firm advocate of context-driven testing and agile software development, Ian works closely with development and design teams and is currently undertaking further postgraduate education.
Richard leads Interaction and Experience strategy across our portfolio of clients as well as our own internal products & brands. With a career spanning London, Hong Kong and Melbourne, Richard joined the team in 2014 to oversee the creation of exemplary, user-focused digital products. His extensive experience includes software development, front end development, business analysis, and digital project management, as well as his current specialism – user and interaction design.
